Hydro Projects Acquires Geonav

Hydro Projects Group Ltd has acquired Geonav LLC of Houston, Texas and Geonav Ltd. of Aberdeen, Scotland in their entirety. The transaction in cash and shares was completed on 20th August 2003. Hydro Projects warmly welcome ex-Geonav President Russell Morton to the board of Directors of the Norwich, UK and Houston, USA-based group. Mr Morton’s new position will be Director of Wizardry, based at their existing offices in Texas.
