Innerspace’s One-year Anniversary

Innerspace Technology marks its one year anniversary as the marine division of Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp., an American Stock Exchange listed company and an ISO 2000 manufacturer. With over 30 years marine instrument manufacturing experience and the new resources furnished by Tel, Innerspace, in the past year, has completed redesigns of their single and dual frequency survey sounders to now contain Windows XP operating systems, upgraded their hydrographic data collection software to Windows XP, developed a sound velocity profiler for single and multibeam calibration and a new telemetering tide gauge for dredging and infrastructure applications. The Company will be displaying these products at the IHO Conference in Monoco in April 2005.
