Jeppesen Marine

Jeppesen, a Boeing subsidiary and a provider of aeronautical data, has launched Jeppesen Marine. The new business unit leverages seventy-plus years of Jeppesen experience in the aeronautical information business to provide the commercial marine market with similar digital navigation and information solutions. Jeppesen Marine has been chartered with the same underlying values that launched Jeppesen in 1934: improving safety and efficiency through navigation solutions. Because aviation and marine share many of the same challenges, Jeppesen is in a strong position to bring to marine markets proven technologies and solutions from the highly advanced aviation markets.
