Mr Guo is chairman and general manager of Beijing UniStrong Science & Technology which owns 100% of Hemisphere GNSS. He is an executive with the experience and expertise to lead Hemisphere as it conducts an executive search for a new president and chief executive officer to lead the company’s future growth and development.

In conjunction with the reported change in management, Hemisphere is also announcing the departure of Charles Joseph, the company’s previous president and CEO. Werner Gartner, Hemisphere’s chairman of the Board, commented, Joseph was instrumental to the ongoing development of the company since joining Hemisphere in early 2014, including the creation and launch of Athena GNSS engine and Atlas GNSS global correction service.
