Mini Sensors and Probes
Valeport has presented a range of Mini Sensors and Probes. The mini products are easy to deploy or fit to any vessel, ROV, AUV or underwater platform. The mini products include sensors for Sound Velocity with the miniSVS, or Sound Velocity Temperature and Pressure from the miniSVP. Instruments to measure Conductivity, Temperature and Depth include the miniCTD, or the miniIPS for Depth and miniTIDE for Tide, while the miniCT is available for Conductivity and Temperature.
The products are available in both direct reading and logging variants, with shallow water (500m) and deep water (6000m) housings to select from. Communications are via standard RS232 and RS485 methods, using interface cables or with optional Bluetooth adaptors. All logging and direct reading units have simple to use, pre-set sample options for use with Valeport's DataLog Express software.
