New General Manager for Veripos

Walter Steedman has been appointed General Manager of global precise positioning service provider, Veripos, responsible for worldwide operations with particular focus on its European, African and Middle East networks.
Mr Steedman was formerly Global Business Development Manager of Subsea 7’s Integrated Remote Technology Division, having previously been the company’s Global Survey Manager. He will work closely with Bobby Johnson, who is head of technology and product development responsible for operation of Veripos’ extensive worldwide networks and infrastructure.
Walter Steedman currently chairs the Offshore Survey Division of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), the London-based organisation which has nearly 300 members in 35 countries representing leading offshore, marine and underwater engineering companies.
