New Revision of IHO S-4 Standard

IHO, Monaco, has released a revision of standard S-4 (Edition 4.4.0), Regulations of the IHO for International (INT) Charts and Chart Specifications. This edition includes the revision of Section B-300 – Topography, which has been recently approved. New specifications have also been added on ‘After disaster’ surveys and on the ‘Generic magenta light flare on multicoloured charts’.

Additional clarifications resulting from discussions within the CSPCWG and editorial amendments have been included. The English version of the Standard S-4 is now available on the IHO website.
