NOAA Order Custom REMUS AUV

Hydroid Inc. has received an order from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for a custom REMUS AUV system. This turnkey system will be based on the REMUS, with additional sensors added to meet NOAA requirements. Aside from the standard sensors, the REMUS vehicle will be modified to include a Marine Sonics 300kHz side-scan sonar and a SeaBird SBE-49 Conductivity Temperature and Depth (CTD) sensor.
