Offshore Business Director

IXSEA has appointed Richard Parkinson as Offshore Business Director. Parkinson, an Oceanographer and Surveyor, was the founder, Managing Director and major share holder of UTEC Services Ltd, a start-up offshore survey company set up in 2003.  

After attracting investment in UTEC's survey services from a Houston based investment group, which allowed the company to expand, he became Sales and Marketing Director of UTEC Survey Ltd and now brings extensive experience in the offshore industry to IXSEA.
