Programmed Marine Becomes Atlas Professionals

As of 18 December 2017, the four Programmed Marine offices in Houston, Aberdeen, Dubai and Singapore have become official Atlas offices. The joint venture in Australia and New Zealand will remain as Programmed Marine. In July 2017, Atlas Professionals signed the final agreement with Programmed Marine for the acquisition of its international activities. Now, five months later, these offices have become part of the Atlas family.

Through the collaboration of its subsidiaries and specific acquisitions, Atlas Professionals has been able to grow and strengthen its presence within the Energy, Marine and Renewables industries. As ever, Atlas shall remain committed to continuing business as before, offering quality and maintaining a personal approach in all that the company does, according to Marcel Burghouwt, CEO at Atlas Professionals.

Programmed Marine has an impressive track record in the provision of personnel to vessel and marine activities, drilling / rig operations and offshore construction projects. This has proven to be an ideal fit with the business activities of Atlas Professionals.

General manager international of Programmed Marine, Matt Riding, explained the importance behind this brand change for their company, saying that the synergy between Programmed Marine and Atlas Professionals has proven to be very successful. He is looking forward to continue growth in these challenging times and welcomes the unified brand to further strengthen their niche market position worldwide.
