SeaZone Accepted as IHO Producer Agency
UK marine data solution provider SeaZone has been accepted by the International Hydrographic Organisation (IHO) as a Producer Agency. The company is listed in the IHO supplementary register and has been given its own Data Producer Code: 5Z 24168. IHO material such as Electronic Navigation Charts (ENCs) produced by SeaZone can be set to their own Producer Code. A typical ENC might be called 5Z 401750 and each feature within the ENC encoded to the SeaZone Producer Code.
The Data Producer Codes contained in the IHO supplementary register are those allocated to any agency, organisation or private company that produces data that conforms to IHO standards or IHO-derived standards.
