| Description | Tenders are invited for the supply of digital cartography equipment Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Norwegian Navy has started a process to replace the chart systems onboard HNoMS Tyr and HNoMS Valkyrien in order to be fully compliant with IMO resolution covering requirements for paperless navigation. Both vessels have Electronic Chart Systems (ECS) installed today, which are planned to be replaced by fully type-approved Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) during Q2/2008. - | ||
