Offshore Oceanographic Science Vessel

The Canadian Coast Guard is looking to develop a new offshore oceanographic science vessel is to replace CCGS Hudson on the East Coast. Major African Offshore Contract

Subsea 7 has been awarded its largest contract to date in Africa. The contract is a framework agreement with call-off services in support of a major development programme in offshore west Africa. Subsea 7 has signed the first call-off contract under the frame agreement with an estimated value of USD460m. Offshore Europe 2003

The Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre, Scotland, UK will provide a venue for the international offshore oil and gas industry to attend Offshore Europe 2003, from 2nd to 5th September 2003, with more than 24,500 visitors expected from 72 countries and over 1,600 exhibiting companies. The Offshore Europe 2003 show has seen a landmark change in perception and significant increases in overseas visitors. Canyon Offshore ROV Contract

Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS) has secured a contract to supply two new generation Triton XLX ROV systems and one Triton XLS ROV system to Canyon Offshore. The agreement will see PSS deliver two of the 3,000m systems this summer with the final system delivered before the end of the year.   Each TXLX system features the ICE control system (Integrated Controls Engine) and a standard suite of survey and advanced tooling interfaces.
