Subserv Pro Welcomes Atlas Professionals as Minority Shareholder

As Subserv Pro enters its tenth year, the company has agreed an initial 25% equity investment by Atlas Services Group Energy Limited. Control of the companies (Subserv Pro and its subsidiary ORCA Offshore) will not change; however, the agreement will see Marcel Burghouwt, managing director of Atlas Professionals, take up a non-executive position on the board of directors. Atlas Professionals Acquires Programmed Marine's International Business Activities

Atlas Professionals has reached an agreement with Programmed Maintenance Services Limited (Programmed) for the acquisition of the international activities of Programmed Marine and the formation of a 50/50 joint venture for offshore and marine manning services in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). First Version of the Russian Wave Energy Web-atlas

Scientists from Lomonosov MSU (Faculty of Geography) have published the first version of the Russian wave energy web-atlas. The test version of the web-atlas posted at http://autolab.geogr.msu.ru/wavenergy in open access. After a first system upgrade in 1997, Atlas Hydrographic proudly announces a new order for the replacement of the deep-sea multi-beam system by a third generation Atlas Hydrosweep DS. Finland Selects Fansweep30 Coastal System

ATLAS Hydrographic has received an order for the new FANSWEEP 30 COASTAL multi-beam echosounder from the Finnish Maritime Administration in Helsinki. The FANSWEEP 30 COASTAL system will be installed onboard the Administration's survey vessel, Airisto, together with peripheral sensors integrated using the ATLAS Integrated Survey Sensor System (ATLAS ISSS). System management, planning and online operation will come from the ATLAS Hydrographic Processing Suite (ATLAS HPS) which provides real time tide/SVP corrected 3D bathymetry, water column display and continuous data quality management. Further Fansweep 20 System for China

ATLAS Hydrographic has received an order from the Changjiang Waterway Bureau in Wuhan for delivery and installation of a 200 kHz Atlas Fansweep 20 shallow water multibeam system combining bathymetric and sidescan imaging functions, which will be used for survey operations in the Yangtse River.
