HYPACK Workshop at CHC Conference

HYPACK Inc will hold a HYPACK Workshop at the CHC 2004 Conference. The workshop will take placed on Monday 24 May 2004 at the Westin Ottawa Hotel, Canada. This 1-day workshop will cover the latest features in our HYPACK MAX 4.3 hydrographic surveying software, including our latest HYSWEEP multibeam data collection and processing package, the new HYSCAN Side Scan Sonar Acquisition and mosaicing program, the 3DTV Terrain Dredge and our S-57Updater, program. 3rd International ECDIS Conference

The 3rd International ECDIS Conference and Exhibition was held in Singapore on 19–21 October 2009. Co-organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO), it was attended by more than 300 visitors from 29 countries. The Conference was entitled ‘ECDIS - Beyond Navigation', and its main theme was ‘2012 Mandatory Carriage of ECDIS: Are You Ready?' A variety of ECDIS-related topics were addressed including international standards development, ENC coverage, the status of shipboard implementation, operational considerations, economic benefits, training, new technical developments and future trends. The XVIII International Hydrographic Conference

The Conference was held in the main hall of the Auditorium Ranier III in Monaco from 23 to 27 April 2012 which had been conceded to the IHB by the Government of the Principality. In that same building were put in place two exhibitions: the IHO Member States (IHO MS) cartographic exhibition (27 exhibitors) and the Hydrographic Industry Exhibition (27 Exhibitors including UKHO). Responding to the invitation of the IHB, the following MS sent their research vessels: China (RV Qian Sanqiang), Russia (RV Donuzlav), Spain (RV Tofiño) and the United States (RV Bruce Heezen). CARIS Asia Pacific Users Conference

This was the first time CARIS had hosted its International Users Group Conference on 5th -9th March 2007 in Asia. Having delivered the event to various cities in North America and Europe, CARIS selected Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for its 11th Conference. The goal was to make the event more accessible to users in the Asia Pacific region. Kongsberg Maritime reports a successful European leg of its annual simulator user conference programme.
