Research Into Underwater Impact of Wave-energy Converter

Wave-energy developer Carnegie Wave Energy has released the results from its environmental monitoring and assessment programme undertaken as part of the recent deployment of its commercial-scale CETO unit (CETO 3) off Garden Island, Western Australia. High Hopes for UK Marine Sector

The marine environmental services sector has proven much more resilient to the economic downturn that might have been expected against the background of a contracting environmental consultancy market in the UK. Workshop Dredging Techniques and Environment

In connection with the MTEC 2011 in Singapore from 13th to 15th April 2011, a one-day pre-conference workshop is to take place on Tuesday 12th April 2011. Environmental aspects of dredging and dredging techniques will be presented by Frans Uelman for IADC.   The course is based upon the IADC-CEDA publication, Environmental Aspects of Dredging, published in 2008.
