Bruce Parker

Dr. Bruce Parker is the former chief scientist of the National Ocean Service (NOS), NOAA, and former director of the Coast Survey Development Laboratory in NOS. He is presently a Visiting Professor at the Center for Maritime Systems/Davidson Laboratory at the Stevens Institute of Technology.
