Biography

Noel Dyer is a developer and cartographer with NOAA’s Marine Chart Division (MCD). He earned his BSc (2011) and MSc (2016) from George Mason University and is beginning his PhD at the University of Maryland, College Park (2018). His interests include: geospatial analysis, workflow automation and spatial data infrastructures.
