Patrick Keown is a physical scientist in NOAA’s Office of Coast Survey managing hydrographic survey projects. Mr. Keown graduated in Geography (BSc) from Western Kentucky University. His career consists of 7 years of combined experience in the field of GIS and hydrography with the US Army Corps of Engineers and NOAA.
