Dr Paul Bell is associate head of Ocean Technology & Engineering at the UK’s National Oceanography Centre. He specialises in the development of marine radar remote sensing methods and earned a BSc in Physics & Electronics from St Andrews University, Scotland in 1992 and a PhD from Bangor University, North Wales in 2005.
