The Association of Marine Scientific Industries (AMSI) presents a topical seminar at DTI Conference Centre London, on Thursday 2nd February 2006.
Following discussion with the leaders of the Government funded agencies within the marine science and technology sector, AMSI is hosting this one day seminar which aims to better inform companies of commercial opportunities which arise from public funded research
The programme will include presentations from organisations such as Defra, MOD, EA, universities, EU and NERC. Topics covered will include ‘How Defra fund policy lead research’, ‘Opportunities for marine business from the EU funded GMES programme’, ‘Knowledge transfer opportunities within NERC’.
