Asian Pacific Sales and Service Partnership
To ensure service and support to its Asian Pacific customers, Focal Technologies has entered into a sales and service partnership with its Focal global marine partner MacArtney Singapore Pte. Ltd from 1 October 2015. Operating out of a purpose-designed in-house workshop, the MacArtney service facility is capable of performing complete refurbishment, repair and maintenance of all standard Moog Focal products.
Serving as a one-stop service hub for all of the Singaporean region, MacArtney Singapore holds extensive experience, expertise and a profound track record as a Moog Focal product service provider. Furthermore, it is backed by dedicated workshops already in place at MacArtney Group operations in Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, USA, France and the Netherlands.
Maintenance and Overhaul
All jobs at the service facility are executed by technicians holding the necessary certificates to conduct first-grade offshore and on-site service on board ships and platforms. Whether performing basic maintenance or a complete system overhaul, MacArtney technicians work to ensure that official manufacturer procedures and instructions are followed.
Steen Frejo, MacArtney Singapore managing director, said that MacArtney is to provide short lead-time system service without the constraints of time-zone differences and complex logistics, thus reducing system downtime.
