AST Networks expands maritime IoT solutions with acquisition of Reygar

AST Networks, a leading provider of land and maritime communication technology and remote connectivity solutions, expands its ecosystem further with the acquisition of Reygar, a principal provider of fully integrated performance monitoring and control solutions for crewed and uncrewed vessels.

This strategic move enhances AST Networks’ capabilities in delivering comprehensive solutions to the maritime industry by leveraging the complementary strengths and expertise of Reygar, creating a powerful force in the market. Windcat Workboats, one of Europe’s leading providers of specialist crew transfer vessels to the offshore wind industry, is currently using Reygar’s BareFLEET telematics technology on selected workboats in its fleet.
