Clydeside Surveys Ltd Chooses RESON SeaBat

Clydeside Survey Ltd has taken delivery of a RESON SeaBat 8125 Multi-beam Echosounder System along with a SVP70 sound velocity probe, for an increased bathymetric and engineering survey work program. The system was delivered by RESON Offshore Ltd. in Aberdeen.
Clydeside Survey were commissioned to carry out a close detail survey of the quaywall in Glasgow harbour using multi-beam bathymetry, as the quaywall was over 2,500m long and the water visibility was less that 20cm. The survey done with SeaBat 8125 has picked up cracks, deformation and even individual rungs of the ladders.
