Comanche ROV for Subsea Resources

Sub-Atlantic Ltd. has been awarded a contract to deliver a 6,000-metre-depth rated version of their light Workclass Comanche ROV to salvage company Subsea Resources Plc.
Subsea Resources recently acquired a 75-metre survey and salvage vessel, from which the Comanche will be operated.
Comanche has been equipped with both a 7- and 4-Function Orion Manipulator from Alliance partner Schilling Robotics.
Another order for Sub-Atlantic includes delivery of the second of their new generation ‘Mohican’ high-performance inspection-class vehicles to Hibbard Inshore based in Michigan, USA.
The Mohican has been specifically designed to carry out inspection work in very high current locations, flying on long tether excursions away from the Tether Management System (TMS), resulting in reduced down-time caused by adverse weather or tides.
