Compass Announces Two Key Appointments

Compass North America, Inc., publisher of the American Association of Port Authorities' (AAPA) SEAPORTS OF THE AMERICAS directory and AAPA SEAPORTS MAGAZINE, today announced the appointment of two key additions to its 2004 SEAPORTS Program team.
Dr. Raymond Heinzelmann, a person well known to the port industry and recently retired from the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), will join with Compass on the new AAPA initiative to build, brand and expand the annual AAPA PORT INDUSTRY EXHIBITION, which is held in conjunction with AAPA's annual convention each fall, into the premier port industry trade exhibition of its kind for the western hemisphere port industry. He will also assist with advertising sales for the 2004 edition of AAPA's SEAPORTS OF THE AMERICAS annual port industry reference resource guide and directory.
Ms. Angie Wright, President, Language Resource, Inc., also well known to the port industry from her career at the Port of Miami, has agreed to work with Compass as writer/translator for the Spanish versions of AAPA SEAPORTS MAGAZINE and will co-ordinate the annual SEAPORTS OF THE AMERICAS profile and information updating for AAPA Latin American members. She will also handle SEAPORTS advertising sales and AAPA PORT INDUSTRY EXHIBITION sales throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
