dKart Exchange Set Verifier 1.0

HydroService AS has also released dKart Exchange Set Verifier 1.0, which provides a complete set of tools facilitating validation of S-57 Exchange sets used for ENC data exchange. The main purpose of the validation is to confirm the integrity of exchange sets that may be either ‘pure’ S-57 Edition 3.1 data, or compressed, encrypted and signed data in accordance with PRIMAR Security Standard. In both cases, the software provides detailed testing of exchange sets structure, encoding and is up to date.
