Easy COMPATT Testing

Applied Acoustic Engineering has launched the latest upgrade for their PAM2520 Transponder Tester/Chartger units. The new ‘Easy COMPATT Testing’ upgrade allows users to test the operation of Medium Frequency MK3 and 4 COMPATTs either in the workshop or on deck. In tandem with existing beacon testing facilities already onboard PAM units and other PAM upgrades such as the ‘Simrad MPT and SPT Commands’ upgrade, ‘COMPATT Testing’ upgraded PAM owners will now be able to test a simply huge range of beacon types using only one, portable PAM unit. No PC is required. As standard, PAMs are also equipped with a host of other features including ranging and AAE Release software. An intuitive, menu-driven LCD display allows the simplest of control interfaces.
