Endeavour Professional & Navigator v5.3
HAS Systems Ltd has released new versions of the Endeavour ECS product range, consisting of Endeavour Navigator and Endeavour Navigator Professional. The latter caters for the commercial sector of the market. This version includes support for AIS (Automatic Identification System) data in accordance with international standard NMEA 0183 v 3.01. For the first time, both products now support parallel and USB dongles. Endeavour is traditionally installed on any off-the-shelf Windows NT/2000/XP PC or laptop. Both systems are well documented, with an extensive User Manual, ‘How to Guide’ and Release Notes in searchable PDF format. A comprehensive website at www.has.co.nz and www.has.com.au provides current users and those new to Endeavour with a resource for support and technical advice. Improvements to the new versions cover features such as route creation, editing and tracking, additional symbols and a larger range of sensors available across both products. These products support NZMariner raster chart series and HAS is offering a bundled package of Endeavour Navigator with NZMariner. A variety of chart folios are suported including Seafarer RNC, Seafarer ENC, ARCS Maptech BSB, Western Australia Nautical Charts (WARNC) and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority Marine Park Zone Maps (GBRMPA RZC). S-57 ENC and the encrypted S-63 chart data can also be loaded and displayed.
