Extended Real-time Sonar Detection Range

The maximum detection range of the BlueView P450 Series 2D multibeam imaging sonar has been extended to 300 metres (984ft). Available with 45°, 90° or 130° field-of-view options, these forward-looking systems deliver unmatched situational awareness and dramatically increased reaction time for operators.

According to Jason Seawall, BlueView COO, these new systems are perfect for work-class ROVs and meet the stringent requirements for offshore operations around the globe.
