Four New Pocket Safety Cards
The IMCA has published four new pocket safety cards, aimed at making key safety messages readily available for offshore personnel.
The new cards – ‘Toolbox Talks – Prompts’, ‘Lifting Operations’, ‘Lifting Equipment’, and ‘Working at Height: Preventing & Dealing with Falls’ bring the total number of cards published so far to six. More cards are in the pipeline.
Each double-sized laminated card measures just 135mm x 90mm, the ideal size to fit into a pocket. Bulk stocks of the cards are available to members. The cards incorporate a space where companies can print their name or logo – IMCA members can download QuarkXPress files for the cards for this purpose from the IMCA members-only website.
