IDELIX Announces Philip Attfield as New CEO

The board of directors of IDELIX Software Inc. appointed Philip Attfield as the company's new CEO. He will be operating from the IDELIX U.S. office. Mr. Attfield was a founder of Signal 9 Solutions and acted as its CEO until January 2000, at which time the company was acquired by McAfee.com. IDELIX specializes in the design and integration of advanced visual user interfaces. They have developed a patented body of technology that can be integrated within existing user interfaces and data presentations to create more efficient workflow while maximizing detail-rich display real-estate. The company's sales and marketing efforts have been focused on defense, intelligence, homeland security, and GIS - markets where information overload is a growing problem. With the increasing availability of data and devices in consumer markets, Mr. Attfield was hired with the main objective to lead the company's expansion into consumer-focused application development.
