IXSEA has launched new products

IXSEA has presented its new range at EURONAVAL in Paris, Le Bourget from 23 to 27 October 2006. The company has launched, MANTTAS, a mobile, adaptative network designed for torpedo tracking to any depth and at any speed. This acoustic system can track simultaneously and in real time a torpedo and a number of other platforms (ships, submarines). Additionally, the bureau Veritas certified VMS (vessel management system), already in use by worldwide navies, interfaces easily to provide real time display of all other surface and subsea vessels and air units operating within the zone. This portable, calibration free, tracking and positioning system uses an innovative secured Ethernet style radio network and is adaptable to any 'operating theatre'. IXSEA also has presented the MIL SPEC approved inertial navigation system MARINS, which offers a 1Nm in 24 hours CEP position accuracy, specifically designed to meet the growing needs of the navy for more accurate and reliable INS for onboard corvettes, submarines, aircraft carriers and navy test vessels. Its performance and quality have passed the space quality grading standards. Compatible with any GPS and EM log, MARINS can be up and running within minutes.
