Jim Hodder joins Metoc Offshore Renewables and Marine Cables

Jim Hodder has joined Metoc as an associate director. He has responsibility for project management and developing business for offshore renewables and marine cables, where Metoc helps clients to manage engineering and environmental risks. Jim Hodder has experience in engineering and construction in offshore renewable projects, such as the North Hoyle, Lynn & Inner Dowsing, and Barrow offshore wind farms. According to Metoc, this is complemented by his involvement in submarine power and telecom cable engineering and installation - Isle of Man power interconnector, Tyco's Global Network across North Europe, Hibernia Atlantic system - which has included understanding all aspects of the environmental issues that arise.
