New Business Director Thales

Thales Navigation has appointed Francois Erceau business director of its survey business unit. Mr Erceau brings 20 years of experience in the navigation and positioning industry to his new post at Thales Navigation, where he has served for seven years in key product marketing and sales positions. Mr Erceau will report directly to Thales Navigation chief executive officer Henry Gaillard.
Erceau most recently headed up all business-to-business European sales and marketing efforts for Thales Navigation, where he drove a 20% increase in revenue and an 8% increase in market share over a three-year period. Mr Erceau has directed activities including strategic product definition, optimisation of sales programmes, communications and customer support.
