Ocean Careers 2015 Programme Now Online

From 14-16 April, Ocean Careers will be running alongside Ocean Business, the hands-on ocean technology exhibition and training forum taking place at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton, UK. The full programme has now been published online.

Graduates and students studying engineering, science or mathematics, as well as students that have already opted to study marine related subjects can learn more about the global career opportunities on offer in this vast, forward-thinking and diverse industry. Ocean Careers will help students to realise how skills can be utilised and to gain an understanding of what employers are looking for.

Presentations

Professionals in the industry including oceanographers, geophysicists, hydrographic surveyors and business development managers, will give inspiring and informative presentations to all attendees on a variety of job opportunities available within the marine science and ocean technology industry. The speedy meetings are an opportunity  to meet with the industry professionals on a one-on-one basis. These meetings need to be pre-booked in the morning at the Ocean Careers information area outside Lab M. First come, first served, so make sure you sign up as soon as you arrive in the morning!
