Seimac Appointment

Seimac Limited has appointed Mr Nick Burchill to the position of sales director, Telemetry & Tracking. Mr Burchill will assume responsibility for sales of Seimac’s Telemetry & Tracking products including Novatech RF beacons and xenon flashers for asset localization in oceanographic environments, ARGOS satellite transmitters for asset or wildlife tracking, or oceanographic data collection, and GOES satellite transmitters for environmental data collection platforms. Mr Burchill joins Seimac from a leading international maritime company, and brings with him extensive experience in surface and sub-sea positioning, telemetry, acoustic imagery, and AUV/ROV navigation, sensors and tracking. His background includes fourteen years in the Canadian Navy and twelve years of technology sales focusing on offshore and marine electronics, sub-sea sensors, defence technology and biomedical systems.
