Senior Managers at Offshore Survey 2011

Held alongside the industry acclaimed Ocean Business event in Southampton UK, the two-day Offshore Survey Conference will be taking place on 6th -7th April 2011. With recent offshore events in mind, there is more world awareness to the dangers and challenges the offshore industry faces on a daily basis. The Offshore Survey industry continuously shows how it excels in meeting such challenges, devising innovative new technologies, unusual applications of existing technologies and some amazing, standard-setting projects.

Offshore Survey 2011 has brought together some of the best of these developments and recent projects revealing real life experiences. This conference historically attracts delegates from around the world who wish to be part of a valuable programme of technical presentations from many of the world's leading technology and services companies in the field of hydrographic survey and data management. This year will be no exception, with delegates from countries including Brazil, Denmark, France, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, South Africa, the UAE and the USA already registered.

The Keynote Address will be from John Westwood, Chairman of Douglas-Westwood, entitled "Prospects for the global ocean industry business" and there are twenty two speakers at Senior Management level from leading global organisations who will be presenting on topical issues such as 'Mapping the seabed with other people's money' and '3D visualisation for data - the way forward in safety and efficiency'.

For both new recruits and seasoned professionals, with speakers from leading organisations such as Shell, Sonardyne, Kongsberg Marine, Reson, Fugro, Subsea 7 and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee, the Offshore Survey Conference is the place to meet all the key people in the hydrographic survey sector.
