Septentrio Completes GSTB-V2 Payload End-to-end Testing

Septentrio has recently participated in a pioneering ‘end-to-end’ test campaign aimed at proving the compatibility between its first Galileo Breadboard receiver and the engineering model of the GSTB-V2/A satellite from Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. (SSTL) UK and the GSTB-V2/B satellite from Galileo Industries (GaIn).
The Galileo System Test Bed Version 2 (GSTB-V2) is an integral part of the Design, Development and Validation Phase of the European Navigation System Galileo.
The GSTB-V2 satellite will be primarily used for frequency filing protection,characterisation of the Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) environment and early navigation service demonstration.
