SpatialDirect 2006

Safe Software Inc. has released SpatialDirect 2006, the most recent version of the company's spatial data distribution and transformation technology for the web. SpatialDirect allows organisations to easily and efficiently deliver map data via the web, in many different formats and coordinate systems.
SpatialDirect 2006 now supports raster data both as source (import) and destination (export) formats. SpatialDirect also supports custom data formats, which can be created in Safe Software's FME Workbench and then used as source data in SpatialDirect. This release also has a generic translation capability, enabling organisations to easily distribute data when the structure of the source data is changing.
