MacArtney Offshore, Inc. in Houston has announced that Steven S. Thumbeck has joined the Group as sales manager for the south-eastern region. Thumbeck will be based at Ponce Inlet in Florida and brings with him more than 13 years of sales experience. Anna Snegirev has also joined the office in Houston, in a new position as internal sales co-ordinator.
