VT TSS Bought By its Own Management
TSS (International) Ltd has been formed following a successful management buy-out of VT TSS Ltd from the VT Group Plc. Building upon recent successes, the strategy of the company’s new owners will continue to be one of growth through its expanding range of products and services that are sold under the TSS and S G Brown brand names.
Under its new ownership, the board of directors for TSS (International) consists of; Mr Terry Madden, chairman, Mr John Frost managing director, Miss Angela Suggate, finance director, Mr Steve Cowls, technology director and Mr Guthrie Robertson, business development director.
TSS supplies high integrity products into the marine and offshore oil and gas markets including motion sensors, pipe and cable trackers, gyro-compasses and ship steering systems. The new company will continue to increase its investment in research and development to further the technological leadership of its products.
Coupled with its worldwide representative network, TSS (International) will continue to operate from its headquarters at Watford, England and from its offices in Aberdeen and Houston in the United States.
