Hydro International Interviews Commodore Romeo Ho, former Philippine Hydrographer
Commodore Romeo Ho, who recently retired as head of the Hydrographic Branch of NAMRIA Philippines and has been succeeded by Captain Jacinto Montero Cablayan, shows how a National Hydrographic Service can best cooperate with the IHO and private industry, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by both. This attitude proved to be effective on the occasion of the restoring operations after the passage of the Typhoon Yolanda in November 2013. Hydro International interviewed Commodore Ho.
