NaviModel software for ocean mapping, data analysis and interpretation provides intuitive 3D visualiasation of infinite survey data sets by import of multiple data formats and sources using user-defined templates. NaviModel includes features for data cleaning either manually or through use of advanced semi or fully automated tools as well as creation of own filters by use of plug-in function. EMODnet Bathymetry DTM Further Expanded

The February 2015 release of the EMODnet Digital Bathymetry (DTM) has been updated in the last 6 months and has now been published. Like the previous release, the Digital Terrrain Model covers all European seas. However several anomalies as identified have been corrected, improving the overall product considerably. The number of survey datasets and composite DTMs used as sources has increased from approx. 6,000 to approx. 7,000. Major Release of EMODnet Bathymetry

The EMODnet DTM with digital bathymetry for all European waters has again been updated in the last year and is now publicly available for browsing and downloading from the portal. The number of survey datasets and composite DTMs used as data sources has increased from approx. 7,000 to more than 7,700. These survey datasets have been contributed by 31 data providers from 18 countries and concern more than 160 data originators. EMODnet Bathymetry New Release

A new version of the EMODnet Digital Bathymetry (DTM) has recently been published which now covers all of Europe's seas. The resolution of the EMODnet DTM has been increased from 1/4 x 1/4 arc minutes to a grid with 1/8 x 1/8 arc minutes (circa 230 metres). The new DTM is based upon approx. 6,000 gathered survey datasets and composite DTMs as provided by 29 data providers from 16 countries. New EMODnet Bathymetry High-resolution Digital Terrain Model for the European Seas

An upgraded version of the EMODnet Bathymetry digital terrain model (DTM) for the European Seas has just been released. This bathymetry product now offers higher resolution, powerful 3D visualisation functionality and extended coverage of Europe’s seas. It is available free of charge for viewing, downloading and sharing by OGC web services from the EMODnet Bathymetry portal. Underwater Sonar for Breakwater System

RESON is providing a SeaBat 7125 sonar system for a new breakwater mapping system GEOSUB 3DTM developed by the company MESURIS in France. It is a high-resolution 3D real-time bathymetric and topographic system designed to provide marine engineering data both above and below the water's surface, deployable either from a land or barge crane. New Version Navimodel 3.2

NaviModel 3.2, Eiva's DTM modelling package, has been released in a full 64 bit version. This release takes full advantage of all hardware, including parallel processing and additional memory. This official release replaces the successful '225' released in March.   NaviModel now automatically takes advantage of all CPU's installed in your system, working in parallel where possible to improve overall performance. In 32 bit, the memory addressing is limited. Triton hydrographic systems for DISHIDROS

Triton Imaging, Inc., in collaboration with its Southeast Asia Representative HYDRONAV Services and their associated representative office in Jakarta PT Hidronav Tehnikatama, participated in the installation and commissioning of two multibeam hydrographic systems for the Indonesian Navy Hydrographic Department (DISHIDROS) during January 2006. The hydrographic systems consist of the Triton Hydrographic Bundle package, (Isis Sonar, BathyRT, TritonMap, and TritonNav) interfaced to a Reson 8101 multibeam sonar, TSS motion sensor, SG Brown gyrocompass, and Trimble DGPS.
